Payments & Refund Policy

  • Fee is non-refundable under any circumstance.

  • In case you wish to pause classes and continue at a later date, you need to inform the trainer well in advance. You can resume classes any time within the validity period of 2 months.

  • Full payment of the course fee should be completed before the start of the training.

  • Fee is non-transferable.

  • Study materials will be shared only after paying the full amount.

  • The timing of the class cannot be changed. If the trainer changes the timing due to certain unavoidable circumstance, you will be informed well in advance. If you wish to change the timing due to some unforeseen situation, please inform the trainer in advance so that the trainer can plan that session on a different date as per mutual convenience.

  • Please be regular in completing all assigned pre-work and homework, and be punctual in joining the sessions.

  • Attendance should be 100% in order to maximize your understanding and performance. Classes cannot be compensated if the trainee is absent. In such a scenario, please inform well in advance.

  • Please complete all the drills, tasks, and tests assigned. Only then should you expect improvement and your target score.

  • If the trainer cancels any session, the hours will be compensated as per mutual convenience.

  • Classes will not be held on public holidays.

  • The Engquill is completely a training solution. The Engquill will use your reviews/images in text and video graphic format to advertise periodically.
